Returns & Exchanges on Shop Items [Food Items Excluded]

Whether you shop in-store, online, or are a gift recipient, we want you to be 100% satisfied with everything you buy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the price you paid. Please note that all sales on gift card purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quick and Simple Returns: There are 2 ways you can return online merchandise.

For each method, we will begin processing your return the day we receive your returned merchandise. Each bank handles card refunds differently, however, you should receive your full refund 3-5 business days after the processed.

  1. In-Store (It’s FREE!)
    Return your purchase in person and one of our employees will be happy to help you process your refund, make an exchange for a different size, or select a new item.
  2. USPS Ground
    Pack up the items you want to return, schedule a pick-up and pay for postage for your return through USPS.com or call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS or you can drop your shipment off at your local Post Office. Once we receive your package process the return.
  3. Address to send your return to
    Have the items sent to the below address. Please enclose your packing slip to help us identify your order. Please ensure that you keep your packing slip and the tracking number from the delivery service you use.
