Sprinkle with the almonds, goat cheese and berries.
Ladle on dressing, toss and serve.
Poppy Seed Dressing
Add the sugar, dry mustard, salt, vinegar and grated onion in a tall cylindrical container.
Use an immersion blender to purée the mixture while slowly drizzling in the vegetable oil. Continue blending, slowly moving the blender up and down in the mixture, until it is thick and smooth. Alternatively, you can use a food processor or whisk by hand.
Stir in the poppyseeds and refrigerate until ready to use. The dressing will keep for up to two weeks.
