ORLA Hospitality Industry Award: 2023 Restaurateur of the Year

The Oregon Restaurant & Lodging Association (ORLA) honored five members of Oregon’s foodservice and lodging industry with statewide awards at the ORLA Hospitality Conference in Ashland October 1, 2023. Lisa Schroeder, chef/owner/operator of Mother’s Bistro & Bar in Portland, was named Restaurateur of the Year.
